Cancellations, Refunds & Returns
Customers are advised to carefully enter the correct addresses otherwise, the package will not be delivered.
Once the item is received at the warehouse, we can repack, re-label. and reship them however you need to understand that doing so requires an additional cost. Processing and shipping cost is usually half the order total. So we advise that all information that you provide is correct.
If you think you have entered the wrong address, you need to contact us immediately in order to correct the mistake.
Canceling an Order
If you have placed an order by mistake or you have changed your mind, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been sent to the warehouse for distribution, we will go ahead and cancel your order.
We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Exoticcontour.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Our return policy is strict due to the nature of our products, our products are non-refundable for sanitary purposes if the product has been worn, not in it's original packaging and tags are no longer attached.
There are No cash or credit refunds, but we will work with you to get you the correct product you ordered if there were issues with what you receive such as damaged goods, or we've sent you the wrong item.
If you do not follow the return policy and you send us a product back that is not in its original state/packaging we will dispose of the product and you will not receive a refund.
We reserve the right to reject an exchange if the product is as described and if it works properly.
If your item hasn't reached you, but it shows to be delivered, you must contact the carrier and if you can't find the product we will gladly ship it again.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We kindly ask you to never send the product back to the address on the package. We are not able to verify the returns to that address once it is mailed.
If you send your product to the same address that is on the package, we will not be responsible for a refund or exchange.
